A simple and delicious recipe that makes enough serving good for three!
INGREDIENTS
1 (15-ounce) can red beans or black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (11-ounce) can manderain oranges, drained
2 ounces vegan cheese, diced
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 teaspoon minced cilantro
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and chill.
Makes 3 servings.
