You’ll definitely enjoy this bean salad recipe. It’s got almost all your favorite beans in one serving.

INGREDIENTS

1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can wax beans, drained
2 (4 ounce) jars whole mushrooms, drained
1 medium green pepper, julienned
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

• Prepare salad, mixing the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Use another bowl to combine the rest of the ingredients together for the dressing.
• Add dressing over salad and toss until coated. Chill covered and serve using a slotted spoon.
