An easy summer salad dish that would surely be an instant favorite during meal time.

INGREDIENTS
* 1 (16 ounces) package penne pasta
* 1 cucumber, chopped
* 2 (2 ounces) cans sliced black olives
* 1 tomato, chopped
* 1 cup chopped baby carrots
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
* 1 (16 ounce) bottle Catalina salad dressing
* 1 cup distilled white vinegar
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
* Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
- Cook pasta in a large pot with boiling salted water. Once al dente, drain and reserve.
- In a small saucepan, combine vinegar and sugar. Let it boil for 2 minutes and then remove from heat.
- Prepare the salad dressing, combining Catalina dressing, Italian dressing and vinegar mixture.
- For serving, add the pasta, cucumber, olives, tomato, baby carrot, bell pepper and onion into the dressing and season with celery salt, table salt and freshly ground pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Serve.
