It’s a very versatile dish that would allow you to explore your creative cooking side.
INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) package uncooked macaroni
5 eggs
1 (8 ounce) bottle Caesar salad dressing
3 slices bacon, chopped
2 cups croutons
1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
DIRECTIONS
Boil slightly salted water in a large pot. Cook the macaroni for 8 minutes or until tender. Drain and use cold water to rinse.
In a saucepan, cover eggs with cold water. Cover and bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and leave it for 10 minutes, covered. Drain the liquids and cool the eggs. Peel and chop when done.
Cook bacon in a skillet placed over medium heat. Drain over a plate lined with paper towel. Drain and crumble.
Mix lettuce and macaroni in a large bowl. Add the eggs, bacon, Caesar dressing and croutons, stirring while adding. Chill for half hour and serve.
