Veggies and a delicious dinner meal, a great combination that would surely leave your family’s plate empty.
INGREDIENTS
* 12 ounces cooked spiral pasta
* 1 cup chopped mushrooms
* 1 can black olives
* 1 cup broccoli, chopped
* 1/2 cup shredded carrots
* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
* 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
* 1 (8 ounces) bottle Italian dressing
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta as directed, drain well and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine everything else but not including the pasta. Toss well and put cover. Chill and leave it marinating for a few hours.
Prior to serving, add the pasta and use a wooden spatula for mixing. Chill for another hour before serving.
