<li>Prepare the dressing by combining the mayonnaise with milk, lemon juice and sugar. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste.</li>
<li>Combine the dressing with the chilled pasta, until properly combined. Mix in more mayonnaise and a splash more milk or water, as needed. Cover and refrigerate until serving. </li>

<li>Boil cold water and eggs in a saucepan. Remove from heat and cover the pan. Leave it for 12 minutes and remove the eggs when done. Cool and peel eggs, reserving 1 egg as garnish and chopping the rest.</li>
<li>Cook pasta in a large pot of lightly salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain. Transfer into a large bowl and add the eggs, celery, onion, green pepper, shrimp and crab.</li>
<li>Use another mixing bowl to combine the mayonnaise with milk, dill, mint, salt, sugar, cocktail sauce and hot pepper sauce.</li>
<li>Add the dressing mixture into the macaroni mixture, stirring well. Add sprinkling of paprika and garnish with the reserved egg. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 6 hours. </li>

2 cups seashell pasta<br />
1/4 cup brown sugar<br />
1 cup creamy salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip)<br />
2 teaspoons lemon juice<br />
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar<br />
1 pinch salt<br />
2 cups chopped celery<br />
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper<br />
1 onion, chopped<br />
3 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces<br />
1 cup cashew halves</p>

<ul>
<li>Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add pasta and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain well and rinse using cold water. </li>
<li>Put the brown sugar, salad dressing, lemon juice, vinegar and salt into a large bowl. Drizzle this over the cooked pasta, celery, green pepper, onion and chicken. </li>
<li>Keep salad refrigerated until serving. Add the cashews prior to serving and combine well into the salad. </li>
<li>Makes 6 servings</li>

1/3 cup red wine vinegar<br />
1/2 cup white sugar<br />
1 cup vegetable oil<br />
1/2 onion, minced<br />
1 teaspoon ground mustard<br />
1 teaspoon salt<br />
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper<br />
2 heads Bibb lettuce &#8211; rinsed, dried and torn<br />
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries</p>

<ul>
<li>Prepare the grill to high heat. Brush grill grate lightly with oil. </li>
<li>Place the chicken onto the grill and cook for about 16 minutes, turning once. Let the chicken meat cool when done and slice into bite sized portions. </li>
<li>Toast the pecans in a dry skillet set over medium-high heat. Cook for about 8 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat when done and set aside. </li>
<li>Place the red wine vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, onion, mustard, salt and pepper into a blender. Combine well until smooth.</li>
<li>Prepare lettuce lined serving plates and top them evenly with grilled chicken slices, strawberries and pecans. Add the dressing and serve. </li>
<li>Makes 6 servings</li>
