INGREDIENTS
1 pound fresh green beans
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
Cook beans in a saucepan covered with water. Once crisp-tender, drain and use cold water to rinse. Transfer in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the other ingredients. Bring to room heat settings and serve.
