This recipe is perfect accompaniment for any meal or serve it as is for a main course.
INGREDIENTS
1 (0.7 oz envelope) dry Italian salad seasoning mix
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 lbs red potatoes, halved
1 lb green beans, halved
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
DIRECTIONS
Set the grill to indirect heating.
Mix the salad dressing mix with vinegar and oil in a small bowl, stirring until blended.
Toss the potatoes in a large bowl, adding 3 tablespoons of the dressing. Grill potatoes covered for about 9 minutes for each side. Cool and cut into chunks.
Boil salted water in a large pot set over high heat. Add beans and cook for about 4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cool water.
Drain thoroughly and toss it in a large bowl with the potatoes, onion, basil and the remaining dressing.
