This salad recipe is a mixture of canned kidney beans, chopped cucumber, celery and hard cooked eggs plus mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS
4 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cucumber, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 or 2 eggs, hard cooked and chopped
Mayonnaise to taste
Celery salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients well. Refrigerate and served chilled.
Makes 8 servings.
