INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon salad oil, butter, or margarine
1 cup long grain rice
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a 2-qt casserole. Mix and cover. Set microwave to high heat for 5 minutes. Adjust setting to medium low and continue cooking for about 12 minutes.
