    Sesame Green Bean Salad

    Here is a recipe you would be proud bringing over to potlucks and gatherings. Truly impressive!

    INGREDIENTS

    1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
    1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 teaspoons canola oil
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

    DIRECTIONS

    • Boil the beans in a large saucepan with water. Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes. Drain and use cold water to rinse. Pat dry and transfer in a serving bowl.
    • Blend soy sauce with canola oil, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil and salt. Add to beans and toss until coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss again. Serve at room heat settings.
