This recipe is made with delicious toppings of ready-made spaghetti sauce, artichoke hearts and cheese. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 whole-grain flatbread
* 1/4 cup jarred spaghetti sauce
* 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
* 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella
* 3 cups mixed salad greens
* 2 tablespoons pine nuts
* 2 tablespoons light Italian salad dressing
DIRECTIONS
Set oven to preheat settings of 350 degrees F.
Place flatbread over the cookie sheets and bake for 7 minutes. Layer with sauce on top along with artichoke and cheeses. Leave it to bake for another 12 minutes. Toss well with greens, pine nuts and dressing.
Makes one serving
